普通郵便、クリックポスト、レターパック等には補償がありませんので、くれぐれもリスクをご了承の上でご利用ください。不着の際も発送の証明（レシート等の提示）以上の責任は負いかねます。少額ですと普通郵便をご利用される方も多く、当店でも多く利用しますが、1000通に一件ほど、不着などの事故が起こってしまいます。 過去3度、事故調査依頼を提出しましたが、「誠に申し訳ありませんが、不着の原因を突き止めることができませんでした。今後そのようなことがないよう、より良いサービスに努めます」程度の報告書が来て終わりです。 直近では2017年4月に定型外普通郵便の不着事故が発生しています。 宅急便、宅急便コンパクト、簡易書留を強くお勧めしています。 |
