Dyna-King offers 2 types of jaws, Standard and Midge. All Dyna-King vises
come with standard jaw installed, unless specified when ordering your vise.
Standard jaw have 2 grooves for hook placement as well as a serrated tip
for holding smaller hooks. Large hooks should be held in the rear groove,
medium hooks are best held in the groove closest to the jaw tips. Smaller
hooks should be held in the jaw tips. Standard jaw will accommodate hook
sizes from 24 to 8/0. Midge jaws are serrated and without grooves. Midge
jaw has a narrower tip and will hold hooks from 10-32. Please no if you
have an older model Dyna-King vise, you may require a special sized jaw
to fit your vise. If you are unsure of the age of your vise and think you
may require a special sized jaw, please contact us. Ergonomic Supreme and
Side-Winder each has their own specific sized jaws.

2019年の価格表で、恐ろしいと思った商品の一つです。本国で115ドル、当店での価格はかつての倍近くになってきました。
ダイナキングのすべてのバイスは、オーダー時に特注されない限り、スタンダードジョーが装着されています。ダイナキングではスタンダードとミッジの2サイズが用意されています。
基本的には3サイズのジョーがあり、キングフィッシャーとロータリーバイス群、プロフェッショナル、プリンスなど大型のバイス群、プリンスなど中型のバイス群の３サイズです。しかしサイドワインダーとエルゴノミック、シュープリームはそれぞれ特別サイズのジョーが必要です。
ご使用バイスが分からない場合は、画像をお送りいただくなど、モデル名を明白にしてからご注文下さい。
ジョーが引っかかって、レバーを開閉してもジョーが開かない事象がまれに生じます。基本的には、フォーシング・コーン（ギザギザのキャップ）の内部、ジョーの周りを綺麗に洗浄して、グリースを掛けると改善しますが、それでも引っかかる場合は、コーンが摩耗している可能性があります。この場合交換が必要です。
過去当店でも不具合のお客様のコーンを何度か交換したことがありますが、これで劇的に直ることが多いです。ジョーを閉めた状態で絶対にコーンを回さないでください。 |
